Dyp og overraskende sprekkferdig nese. Utviklet og gylden. Klassisk med autolyse og gjær. Men munnen strammer pent inn med god friskhet og snev av lime. Veldig fresh avslutning. Nese og munn følger hverandre ikke ad, men en personlig, rik og veldig bra champagne. Og igjen, veldig forskjellig fra Krug 1988, som er betydelig strammere og mer mineralsk. 95 poeng.

Krug Vintage 1989Incredible rich open nose showing honeyed, toasty, rich fruit with some peach and apricot notes. It’s quite profound. The palate is rich, showing some evolution. It’s bold and hauntingly complex. Fantastically rich and opulent with a nice richness of texture. Excellent 98/100
