Strågul, vandig, litt støvete med snev av honning. Grønn, undermoden og stilket frukt med innslag av grønnsåpe og krydder. Litt spesiell nese, bør nok lagres noen år. 86-87 poeng

Domaine Thibaud Boudignon is located in Anjou-Saumur , in the Loire Valley . Originally from Bordeaux and former Judoka, Thibaud Boudignon worked at Château Olivier (in Léognan) before perfecting his skills at Philippe Charlopin in the Côte de Nuits, in Burgundy. Shortly after, he was hired by producer Château Soucherie in Savennières to be their winemaker in the late 2000s. His first – and most important – contribution to the estate was the introduction of strict organic practices in the vineyards. . By purchasing his own estate in Anjou in 2008 and then renting a vineyard in Savennières, he built his reputation with a yield of only 1,000 bottles for 4.5 hectares of vines. A new cellar, built in 2016, adjacent to Clos de la Hutte, has given Thibaud another dimension to its winemaking. Aging takes place in a mixture of barrels, with less and less new oak across the entire range. The estate is run using organic and biodynamic viticulture, but not certified .

Clos de Frémine is made from Chenin Blanc , which is 35 years old and grown in the locality adjacent to Clos de la Hutte in the commune of Possonnière in Savennières. Fermentation is carried out with indigenous yeasts and malolactic fermentation is stopped . The wine is aged in a combination of 350 and 700 liter barrels , 10% of which are new .

Mer utviklet og mer gul enn strågul på farge. Slank citrus og presis i munnen, klassisk, mineralsk, elegant i et friskt chablis format. God modning og en ren og flott vin. Beste vinen i rekka. 93 poeng.

Revenge of the Crayfish Blanc 2023, Sakkie Mouton Family

God kombo av rikhet og stramhet. Merkelig nese med innslag av pepperkake og kanel. Bra frukt med mye og lang ettersmak. Men vinen er balansert, harmonisk og elegant. En av de beste hvite viner fra Sør Afrika som Vinklubben har smakt. 100% Chenin Blanc. Kr. 645,- på VP (2024)  90 poeng

Puligny Montrachet 1 cru Champ-Gain 2017, Francois Carillon

Rik, gul og moden stil. Øyvind var i Tyskland ! Et tydelig fatpreg får oss tilbake til sentralburgund. Overraskende rikere og en mer krydret stil enn St. Aubin`en. Stutt og lett finish. 92 poeng.
